What multi-location groups actually shipped.

Two real Vistamar clients, one specialty-care network, one multi-region provider group, and what happened when they moved from vendor-stack marketing to the Vistamar Suite. Metrics anonymized; approach and outcomes are real.

Unio Specialty Care
59 locations · 3 specialties · California · client since 2024

The challenge

Three specialty lines (Gastroenterology, Urology, Radiation Oncology) with completely different patient-intent search terms, sharing one generic marketing team, one generic monthly report, and one flat "SEO score" that rolled everything together. Leadership had no way to see which specialty was healthy, which was slipping, or what to do about it.

What Vistamar shipped

  • Per-specialty priority-term libraries, distinct tracking for Colonoscopy / GI doctor / gastroenterologist (GI), best urologist / prostate cancer / urologist (GU), Cancer Treatment / Cyberknife / Radiation Oncologist (RO).
  • Console IQ deployment across all 59 locations with per-specialty rollups, per-provider drill-down, and per-location GBP integration.
  • Monthly executive report with a dedicated page per specialty, priority-term coverage, wins, watches, and a prioritized action queue leadership actually reads.
  • OneHealth WP location + provider templates ported from three legacy sites into one operating system.

The result

Radiation Oncology quickly hit ceiling, 100% priority top-3 across all 3 locations, and became the pattern to replicate for the other specialties. Gastroenterology closed to 84% priority top-3 across 30 locations. Urology followed with a per-provider content build that lifted prostate cancer visibility. The specialty-specific executive report replaced three separate reporting cycles.

The Vistamar executive report was the first thing we've had that treats Gastroenterology, Urology, and Radiation Oncology as three real specialties instead of one generic block. That single change reset how our operating team talks about marketing.

The challenge

A multi-region provider group with a marketing stack that had grown by acquisition: three SaaS tools, a rank tracker, a listings manager, and an outside agency assembling a slow monthly report nobody on the leadership team read. Total spend was significant; visibility into what was working was not.

What Vistamar shipped

  • Console IQ replaced three SaaS tools and consolidated locations, providers, GBP, and analytics into one operating layer.
  • SERP Optimizer deployed against a curated priority-term library scoped to each region + specialty combination.
  • Automated monthly executive report replaced the human-assembled deck, same delivery cadence, one-tenth the assembly time, actually read by the CEO.
  • Vistamar Fractional CMO tier engaged, senior operators running the account, not just building the dashboards.

The result

Consolidation freed the internal marketing team from a monthly reporting cycle that had absorbed a full week of analyst work every 30 days. The reclaimed hours went to actioning the AI-generated recommendations in the exec report instead. Total marketing spend dropped even as SERP visibility improved across the tracked portfolio.

We were paying for three SaaS tools, a rank tracker, and an agency retainer to assemble a monthly report nobody read. Vistamar replaced all of it, and the report our CEO now reads cover-to-cover is generated automatically every cycle.
